Delivery

• Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order gets dispatched.
• The package will be delivered to the address entered at the checkout. Please make sure your address is entered correctly, we take no responsibility if the details are insufficient or incorrect.
• Any parcels returned back to Nani & Co. will incur additional shipping charges.
• Please be aware that we have no control once your package leaves Nani & Co. premises.
• Our shipping partners would try to leave your package in a shaded spot but we can't take any responsibility for packages left outside in cold, rain or heat for a long time.

We go above and beyond to make sure that your candles are packaged safely however if your candle gets damaged during delivery, please send us an email within 48hrs on naniandco.nz@gmail.com with images of damage and we will arrange a replacement.
