Workshop Terms

I want your workshop to be an easy, happy time, so here’s how bookings work.

Booking 
Your spot is confirmed once you’ve paid in full, unless we’ve agreed another payment arrangement directly.

If you can't make it
You're welcome to transfer to another session with at least 5 days’ notice or send a friend in your place. Cancellations made at least 5 days before the session are refunded. Anything closer than that, such as sickness or other unavoidable circumstances, is looked at individually, so please just get in touch.

If I need to cancel 
I keep the numbers small so every workshop feels special, and a session needs a minimum number of bookings to run. If that number isn’t reached, I’ll let you know 3 days before, and you can move to another session, turn it into a private session with your friends at the group price, or take a full refund.

Group size
Workshops are small, with up to 8 guests, and at least 4 are needed for a session to run.

Late arrivals
Each workshop runs from its start time, so everyone gets the best out of the experience. I usually wait about 5 minutes before the instructions begin. After that, I’ll brief you separately once I’ve finished the first part with the rest of the group, so please arrive on time.

Age
Everyone aged 12 and over is welcome. Guests under 18 need to come with a guardian aged 18 or over.
